No. The courses are general education about healthy habits, based on UK public health guidance. They do not diagnose or treat any condition. If you have a health condition, are pregnant or take medicines, speak to your GP, midwife, pharmacist or another health professional before making changes.

You pay once per course and your access has no time limit. There is no subscription and nothing renews.
Yes. When you answer at least 7 of the 10 final questions correctly, you can download a certificate of completion with your name, the course title and a verification ID. It shows you completed a general education course and is not a professional qualification.
Yes, in most cases. You can have a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have completed less than 20% of the course and no certificate has been issued. Our refund policy has the details and your legal rights.
